In this paper, we employed a non-critical QCD holographic model constructed in the $AdS_6$ supergravity to study a baryon. We show that the size of baryon is of order one respect to the $\lambda$ but also is smaller than the scale of the dual QCD. We obtain an effective action for the four dimensional nucleon in terms of the meson exchange potentials and calculate all meson-nucleon couplings in $AdS_6$ background. We consider four modern phenomenological interaction models and compare our results with their predictions. Also, our numeric results are compared with the results of the Sakai-Sugimoto model results which indicate that the non-critical holographic QCD model can be a good toy to calculate the meson-nucleon couplings.
