We consider a holographic superconductor with spin degrees of freedom added. We start with the holographic Abelian-Higgs model, and turn on a coupling between the gauge field and a new massive gauge field that is introduced for the non-conserving spin current. The effects of the spin current are examined in the probe limit. We find a new phase where ferromagnetism and superconductivity coexist. The condensation of the spin gauge field is induced by that of the scalar field. When the coupling is sufficiently large, the mass gap in the optical conductivity disappears. We also compute conductivity for spin current, and find a resonance peak.
