Solving RG equations with the Lambert W function    [PDF]

We solve generic 2-loop renormalization group equations of renormalized parameters in a closed form in terms of the Lambert $W$ function. We then construct RG invariant physical parameters using the renormalized parameters. As an application, we speculate a possible exact effective potential for the O(N) linear sigma model in four dimensions.
